As the new Trust 'Champion' for age, I am keen to hear from any member of staff or any service user - patient, relative or visitor to the Trust, who has a point of view they would like to express about their experiences. It is important for us to know what we do well, but it is also essential that we have the chance to look at areas which may have room for improvement.
The title is 'Age Champion' and I imagine that a large part of the role will encompass issues raised by people in the older age bracket. However, there may also be a number of issues for younger people which, historically, have been overlooked.
