On 17 July, we held our Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) when over 100 members and staff attended and enjoyed a gathering of achievements and projects that had happened over the last year.
The “marketplace” stands took great pleasure in highlighting the latest IT innovations, the new A&E build and the Trust’s new strategy.
Our own fundraising team and representatives from Surrey Heartlands also updated those who came to talk to them. With a great plate of “eats” in hand members took the opportunity to chat with their elected Governors as well as take advantage of the very popular mini-talks on Diet and Nutrition and Dementia; not to mention a drop-in IT clinic!
Members were then invited to make their way to the Lecture Theatre where they heard about the exciting plans for ASPH and our new Emergency Department build.
This included new information on how well we had done and how this money was going to be spent. Our Executive team provided a concise summary of all the highlights of the year.
