Facilities in the Trust
|
Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trusts offers a full medical and clinical oncology service. There are also chemotherapy, radiotherapy and medical physics departments on site.
· Oncology at the Trust
The Trust is monitored against three main targets with respect to cancer:
· Maximum 2 week wait for an outpatient appointment for all urgent suspect cases
· Maximum 1 month wait from decision to treat all cancers
· Maximum 2 month wait from urgent GP referral to treatment

Regional Services
|
The Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire (SWSH) Cancer Network have collected together the information resources that their staff provide to patients.
The regional cancer hub is based at the St Lukes Centre in the Royal Surrey County Hospital.
Cancer UK is a website with a range of useful links and resources including a list of local contacts:

The Cancer Services Collaborative website is a new initiative to bring together the information resources for the Cancer Networks in the UK. Patients and carers can then access the relevant materials for where they are in their care pathway.
