Details of the Response
Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding cancelled appointments through lost casenotes.
The Trust Information Manager has advised:
The Trust does not have a cancellation reason on the hospital Patient Administration System for ‘lost notes’, therefore, cannot differentiate a cancellation due to ‘lost notes’ and any other administrative reason. |
