Details of the Request
How many members of staff or agency workers have over the past 5 years been reprimanded, disciplined, suspended or sacked or required to undergo equality or diversity training due to religious beliefs personal ethics morals faith or lack of.
I request all information held by your trust on each of these incidents, including memos, internal and external reports, emails and minutes of meetings and details of how each case was resolved, and the religion in question. |

Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding Staffing. Please see the response from our Trust Director of Human Resources.
I can confirm that we have not in the last 5 years “reprimanded, disciplined, suspended, or sacked’ any member of staff “as a result of their religious beliefs, their personal ethics, their morals, their faith or lack thereof”.
