Details of the Request
- A breakdown of the trust or foundation trust's plans for spending its declared surplus for 2006-07 and 2007-08, where there was one, with details of any actual spending of the surplus to date.
- Details of any land or buildings which have been divested by the trust or foundation trust (FT) since 2004. For each please specify the value at transfer of the land or buildings, and the value of the trust or FT's whole estate prior to the transfer
- Please state each value on a like-for-like basis such that it is possible to describe the divested asset as a percentage of the total estate.

Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding finances and estates. The Trust’s Deputy Director of Finance has responded as follows:-
