- How many boys were treated for complications of circumcision performed in the community in your trust's area during each of the last 5 years?

Details of the Response
Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding circumcision morbidity and mortality.
The Trust Consultant Urologist has responded as follows:-
- We do not routinely collect any information in our Trust in relation to Community based circumcisions - it is not a part of our service.
- We have seen approximately 2 complications in the past 5-6 years in children operated by 'outside' doctors. These children (if I remember correctly) came to the Accident & Emergency. This was some time ago and I personally do not have any data as we do not keep any formal records of such cases.
