Details of the Request
Please release the amount of money spent on staff away days (eg. team-building trips, brainstorming sessions, executive board sessions, etc) in each of the last four years.
For each trip please release a) the cost, b) the exact location and address, c) the purpose and d) how many staff took part. |

Details of the Response
Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding total amount of money spent annually on away days for staff in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 respectively. (Away days include any trips taken by staff, such as team building exercises, conferences, meetings, charity days, study trips, corporate trips, executive events, research trips, fact-finding trips, etc.)
This will take the Trust over 18 hours to compile, so if you are able to refine the questions, and the scope of what you are asking, we can then let you know if we are able to comply with their request within the 18 hour limit.
