Details of the Response
Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding total amount of money spent annually on away days for board members and executives, and for bearing with us while we obtained the information requested.
The Trust’s Head of Corporate Affairs/Board Secretary has responded:
Unfortunately the requested information is not held. However, we can confirm that there were two events held in 2009 in relation to Foundation Trust status preparation.
The details of these events are:
- 20 January 2009 held at Farnham Castle and cost the Trust £776.25 inc VAT
- 2 September 2009 at Foxhills at a cost of £1066 inc VAT.
In the main the Board prefers to use facilities at the Trust, as it recognises the need to use public money effectively.
The Trust has recently appointed a new Head of Corporate Affairs and we will start to record information such as this more closely in the future. |
