Details of the Response
The Trust’s (Interim associate Director of Health Informatics has responded as follows:
- Corporate Management Structure - structure of the Trust headed by the Chief Executive.

- IM&T Strategy - the Trust's Corporate IM&T strategy. Please provide full contact details (name, job title, email and telephone number) of the manager within the organisation that holds the ICT Strategy.
In light of changes to the "National Programme for IT" the Trust is currently reviewing its IT Strategy with an intention to have a published strategy later in 2010.
- IM&T Business Plan
The Trust dose not currently have an individual business plan for IM&T, as this information is covered (briefly) in the Trust's Integrated Business Plan (March 2010). However, the department expects to development a Health Informatics specific business plan by late Summer 2010.
- IM&T Structure - the IM&T Department's Structure, contact names, telephone numbers and email address.
The Health Informatics department (IM&T) is currently restructuring and so this information is not in a completed or publishable state.
