- How much, in the last financial year, did the hiring of locums for vacant middle-grade posts cost the Trust?
- How many times have you tried to recruit to these vacant posts?
- Have you made any attempts at overseas recruitment? On-site cover over night?
- Do you have a middle-grade doctor on-call, on-site overnight?
- Have there been any occasions over the past 12 months when it has not been possible to have a middle grade doctor on-call on-site overnight?
