Details of the Request
- I would like to know how many managerial staff (non-clinical) employed in the trust were given bonuses in 2009.
- I would also like to know the total cost of these bonuses.
- If possible I would like to know the highest amount paid in bonuses to any managerial member of staff in 2009, and their normal salary.

Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding non clinical staff bonuses for 2008 and 2009.
The Trust’s Deputy Director of Workforce has responded as follows:
- I would like to know how many managerial staff (non clinical staff) employed in the trust were given bonuses in 2009.

- I would also like to know the total cost of these bonuses.
