Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding Telephone and TV charges.
The Trust’s Facilities General Manager has responded as follows:
- I would like to know how much the hospital charges patients to watch TV and use the phone each day.
The hospital does not charge for patients to watch TV or use the phone, we do provide the facility, but the charges are levied by Hospicom the service provider.
- If the hospital charges for these facilities separately I would like the separate daily breakdown of these costs.
