Details of the Request
- Has the Trust paid for first class and or club class and or business class and or upper class and or executive class air travel for any of its employees and or representatives
- If the answer to the above question is yes could the Trust please provide details of each of those overseas visits which involved employees and or representatives flying first class and or club class and or business class and or upper class and or executive class.
- In the case of each trip and in the case of each employee who flew non economy could you also provide specific details of the kinds of airline tickets used.
- Can you identify the airline (s) used in each trip, could you specify the cost of each individual airline ticket and identify the type/class of ticket used in each trip.
- In the case of each trip can you please provide the names and addresses of any hotels used by staff and or representatives?

Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding Air Travel during the period 6 July 2009 to present day.
The Trust’s Deputy Director of Finance has responded as follows:
All flights undertaken were economy class.
