Ashford & St Peter’s is committed to implementing this workforce plan through natural turnover, retraining, redesigned roles and redeployment, with redundancy as an absolute last resort.

This final request takes lower priority than the bullet-pointed requests listed above.
All Trust management board documents are published on the Trust’s webiste. Therefore Section 22 of the FOI Act is being apllied as these topics, when discussed, will be published in the future in this way. |
