Please could you provide details of the following for geriatric in-patients in your hospitals.
The gap between the date the patients were declared medically fit for discharge and the date actually discharged from hospital.
If possible, please provide this data for in-patients waiting to go into sheltered/supported/extra-care housing as well as for all geriatric inpatients. |
