Please could you provide the following:
- Acute Coronary syndrome guidelines;
- Breast cancer guidelines;
- Bowel cancer guidelines;
- Lung Cancer guidelines.
We intend to re-use on our database any information supplied by your organisation as result of this request. This is a commercial database and it is available free to all NHS personnel. |

Details of the Response
Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding clinical guidelines for Acute Coronary Syndrome. Copies of the relevant documents were sent to the requester.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Trust is required to provide a copy of requested information which the Trust has provided. However, providing access to these documents, does not permit an organisation to then re-use these documents for any business use without the expressed permission of the Trust.
As the Trust makes these documents widely available and free of charge, the Trust does not grant permission, nor a licence, to [requester] to upload these documents onto its website and charge for access to these documents. To use the Trust documents as proposed would breach the Re-use of Public Section Information Regulations 2005.
With regard to the clinical guidelines for Breast Cancer, Bowel Cancer and Lung Cancer, these policies belong to Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire Cancer Network and you would need to contact them in order to access these.
