Details of the Request

I would like to know how many people in the last three years you have treated, in hospitals run by your Trust, who weigh 25 stone or more.
  1. The largest recorded weight of the patient;
  2. The length of time he/she was treated in the hospital, in days;
  3. Whether or not he/she continues to be treated in the hospital;
  4. How much it has cost the Trust to treat the patient;
  5. What illness or illnesses they were treated for while at the hospital;
  6. Did any special measures have to be taken in order to accommodate the patient in the hospital and, if so, what they were;
  7. The name of the hospital where they were treated.
