I would like to know how many people in the last three years you have treated, in hospitals run by your Trust, who weigh 25 stone or more.
- The largest recorded weight of the patient;
- The length of time he/she was treated in the hospital, in days;
- Whether or not he/she continues to be treated in the hospital;
- How much it has cost the Trust to treat the patient;
- What illness or illnesses they were treated for while at the hospital;
- Did any special measures have to be taken in order to accommodate the patient in the hospital and, if so, what they were;
- The name of the hospital where they were treated.
