Details of the Request
Please release the number of out-of-court settlements agreed by your organisation in each of the last five years.
For each out-of-court settlement, please give specific details as to the nature of the dispute, the position of the employee and the amount of money paid in compensation by the organisation.
eg. In August 2007, a 24-year-old receptionist brought a claim of sexual harrassment against the organisation during an employment tribunal. We settled out-of-court for £30,000. |

In response to your FOI request regarding out of court settlements, we are, unfortunately unable to release this information as it could identify individuals. We are therefore exempting this request under section 41 of the Freedom of Information Act, which relates to out of court settlements as information that has been produced in confidence.
