Thank you for your request to Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust regarding details of the Chief Pharmacist.
- The Agenda for Change Band for our Chief Pharmacist is Band 8D and the pay scales for the years in question are as follows:
- The Chief Pharmacist’s salary for financial year 2009/10: basic salary range £63,833 to £79,031 plus high cost area allowance £1581
- The Chief Pharmacist’s salary for the current financial year 2010/11 (actual salary): basic salary range £65,270 to £80,810 plus high cost area allowance £1616
- Job title of the person the Chief Pharmacist is responsible to: Deputy Director of Operations
- Job titles of staff directly responsible to Chief Pharmacist: Deputy Chief Pharmacist, Pharmacy operations Manager, lead oncology / aspetics service manager, and PA to chief pharmacist
