Ultrasonographer - Linked Band7/8a

We are looking for sonographers with excellent obstetric and gynaecology skills who are interested in expanding their scope of practice to come and work within our friendly team.

There are eight ultrasound rooms in total across both sites, all of which have E8/ E10 GE machines – the equipment is less than five years in age. A range of obstetric examinations from early pregnancy to term are performed, including maternal and fetal doppler studies, together with 3D TV gynaecology scans. Training can be provided for these techniques. We independently report and triage all our obstetric and gynaecological examinations. CPD is actively encouraged and supported.

Salary: £40,681 to £53,459 pa inc. HCAS

Occupational Therapist - Band 7

An exciting new role has become available for a Band 7 Team Lead Occupational Therapist within our fantastic neurotherapy team at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospital NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will be supported by the Clinical Lead for Inpatient Stroke and Neuro Services and work within the integrated neurotherapy team, clinically supporting and managing the acute (HASU & ASU) neurotherapy Occupational Therapists, Therapy assistants and students as well as outreaching and supporting the Early Supported Discharge Team for Stroke (ESD team). The role will include close working with the Stroke and Neuro MDT. The integrated therapy team members work closely together to achieve improved outcomes and provide high quality care for patients suffering from a stroke.

Salary: £40,681 to £46,294 pa inc HCAS
