Hospital Hopper

The hospital hopper is our shuttle service between Ashford Hospital and St Peter’s Hospital which operates Monday to Friday.

It is free to all staff and takes approximately 25 minutes outside of rush hour. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to offer this service to patients and visitors.

A reduced service runs at weekends and bank holidays for staff only.

Additional Evening Services

An 20:45 service will run Monday to Friday from St Peter's if passengers are waiting at the bus stop.

A 21:15 service from St Peter's will run on Saturday, Sunday, and the Bank Holiday if required.

 

Information for Passengers

Please note that the Hopper uses the bus stop on the slope between the maternity block and the outpatients’ entrance at St Peter’s.

No food or drink to be consumed on the bus at any time.

For health and safety reasons the following are not permitted on this bus:

  • pushchairs,
  • buggies,
  • wheelchairs,
  • shopping trolleys (and bags unless hand held)
