Some of you may have recognised the St Peter’s car park on the BBC “The One Show” last night (06/05/09).
This was filmed for a story about hospital car park charging. The programme compared Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals with the Royal Marsden Hospital. Our patients receiving regular treatment in the oncology and haematology day clinics are given free parking.
“The One Show” filmed here a couple of weeks ago and those of you who are able to access BBC iPlayer can watch it again for a limited period via the link below: The picture below shows BBC reporter Lucy Segal with Beryl Davies, Haematology Clinic Receptionist at St Peter’s.
