Neuro-rehabilitation
The service provides multidisciplinary assessment, advice, and rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury or complex neurological illness (e.g., traumatic head injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome).
The Bradley Unit
We are the NHS specialist neuro-rehabilitation service for the West Surrey area and other areas within commissioning arrangements. We are located within Woking Community Hospital, close to the centre of Woking and within walking distance of the train station.
