Communicable disease checks can be undertaken for health care workers in line with Department of Health and Public Health England guidance. This may involve screening through blood tests and vaccinating as required.
Here are details of the type of immunisations you may be asked to produce test results for:
- Rubella
- Measles
- Mumps
- Chicken Pox (Varicella)
- TB (Tuberculosis) BCG scar check, mantoux, IGRA testing) including signs and symptoms assessment
Other requirement for Health Care Workers may include:
- Hepatitis A, B, and or C
- HIV Status
