We recently carried a Re-boot week in an effort to introduce new ways of working at our hospitals.
The changes we introduced were designed to help us improve each patient's experience/journey and bring better, meaningful and lasting changes to the way we work. The week was about business as usual, but more of it.
We worked during the "Re-boot" week to introduce better ways to engage and inform our patients about the things we know are important to them.
Suzanne's first video message of the year focuses on the success of the week and highlights the fantastic work that took place across our hospitals particularly the effort from everyone involved in getting our hospitals back onto an even keel and continuing to keep our patients safe at such a busy time.
