Congratulations to 74 inspiring and tough team members of our ASPH NHS staff and friends who took on and completed the Tough Mudder challenge in Henley-on-Thames this past weekend. They ran, walked, climbed, waded through mud, jumped across (large) puddles, scaled obstacles, got electric shocks and got dirty.
This amazing group of people have raised a phenomenal £20K for ASPH Trust causes, including the Bradley Unit, ICU, A&E, NICU, Staff wellbeing, Paeds, CAU, Early years, Cancer, Neuro, Cardio and Dementia. By helping them with their fundraising efforts, you will be helping us to improve patient and staff experiences at our hospitals. Click on this link to support them: Tough Mudder - ASPH Charity
In their own words:

- Wow that is something to be super proud of - total tear jerker
- Wow!!! The men on our team helped us avoid bruises as they pulled us up and lifted us a lot. We were so lucky.
- One of the best days I've ever had.
- Happy recovery all. Feel great and proud of the pain I’m having now. Hope everyone will recover quickly and keep up with workouts / trainings that keep us fit and healthy.
- Hope everyone is feeling ok today. My body is Def feeling it. Loved every minute.
ASPH Charity would like to say thank you to Nuno who arranged and organised our participation in this event.
