Building work continues at Ashford Hospital to develop a surgical centre of excellence. The centre will provide increased capacity and help to reduce surgical waiting times for both Ashford and St Peter’s patients and those across Surrey Heartlands and neighbouring regions.
Over recent weeks, we have made several moves within the hospital to enable the work to progress. We’re pleased to share that these have now been completed and we have now opened the new Phlebotomy, Pathology, and Children and Young Persons Outpatients and Pre-assessment departments, which have all relocated on the ground floor.
