On the 8th March, the Urology team partnered with Burhill Golf Club, PSA testing 87 of their members during National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. Organised by Dr. James Aljoe, the team, including Consultant Urological Surgeon, Michael Mikhail took blood samples, gave advice and made their service accessible; all in aid of our Aquablation Appeal to raise £131,000 to improve patient outcomes.
The partnership with Burhill will continue as they host the Urology Department’s inaugural Charity Golf Day on the 30th April, again in aid of the Appeal which will improve patient outcomes thanks to new surgical technology.
