We have received notice from GRAHAM Group in partnership with Surrey County Council about the Guildford Road northbound closure from 1am Saturday 30th August and will remain closed until 23:30 Friday 5th September.
"Guildford Road northbound between the Ottershaw / Otter roundabout and the St Peter’s Way roundabout will be closed for 1 week while we carry out essential utility diversions beneath the ground, these utilities were previously undiscovered, and their movements are a necessity for us to continue our work. The southbound section of Guildford Road will remain open."
"The road will close at 1am Saturday 30th August and will remain closed until 23:30 Friday 5th September, please note that this closure will be active for 24 hours a day."
"During the closure, a signed diversion will be in place via Murray Road / B3121, Chertsey Road and St Peter’s Way westbound."
Please allow extra time to travel if you are visiting St Peter’s Hospital.
