On 1 September 2025, Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals will be increasing their car parking charges for patients and visitors as part of the annual pricing review. Free parking for the first 20 minutes will continue for visitors who are picking up or dropping off patients and parking remains free for blue badge holders.
Not all tariffs have been increased and the changes will be as follows, and remain similar to neighbouring NHS trusts:
| Duration | Charges from 1 September 2025 |
| Up to 20 minutes | Free |
| Up to 2 hours | From £4.50 to £5 |
| 2-3 hours | From £5.50 to £5.80 |
| 3-4 hours | £6.50 |
| 4-5 hours | £7.50 |
| 5-6 hours | £8 |
| Day rate (over 6 hours) | From £10 to £11 |
| Weekly rate | £25 |
| Blue badge holder | Free |
Electric charging points for patients remains at 35p per kilowatt.
We hope that you understand the Trust’s need to introduce new parking charges, as they allow us to continue to provide parking facilities and services for our visitors and staff.
