The finalists for the Ashford and St Peter’s Staff Achievement Awards 2025 have been announced, and everyone is excited to celebrate team ASPH for their outstanding contributions at the trust.
From a total of 300 nominations, three finalists have been selected in each of the 10 categories, representing a wide range of roles and teams across the trust.
John Machin, Acting Chair at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals, said: “Thank you to everyone who took time and care to submit a nomination for the awards. We are so fortunate to have such a passionate and dedicated team here at ASPH. Well done to every one of the 300 staff members and the teams nominated - these nominations are powerful testimonies that your important work makes a real difference, is appreciated and recognised. Good luck to all the finalists on the night, I know it’s going to be a fantastic evening of celebration and recognition!”
We are looking forward to awarding prizes in the following categories: Best Team Member (Clinical), Best Team Member (Non-Clinical), Innovation and Improvement, Inspiring Leader, Passion for Excellence, Patients First, Personal Responsibility, Pride in Our Team, Unsung Hero, Volunteer of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement Award. We will also celebrate our long-serving staff with our Long Service Awards - some of whom have been with us for 40 years!
The winners will be announced at the Staff Achievement Awards event in October, held at Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge.
