We’re delighted to introduce our Chief Finance Officer, Hannah Hamilton who recently joined Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing the trust’s finance and estates portfolios.
Hannah brings a wealth of experience from both the NHS and private sector. Most recently, she served as Chief Finance Officer at NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board, and prior to that, held the role of Regional Director of Finance at NHS England, where she oversaw a £17 billion budget for the South East region.
Her NHS journey began in 2014 through the Executive Fast Track programme, following a successful career in the airline and manufacturing industries. Since then, Hannah has held senior finance leadership roles across providers, commissioning bodies, and national organisations, combining strong commercial acumen with a deep commitment to improving health outcomes.
Hannah said: “Since joining Ashford and St Peter’s, I’ve received such a warm welcome from colleagues. I’ve been humbled and inspired by the dedication, resilience, and compassion demonstrated by the team, and their commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
“I look forward to working closely with colleagues, with a particular focus on financial sustainability, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent care to our communities.”
