We have received notice from the GRAHAM Group, working in partnership with Surrey County Council, that they will be closing the above sections of Holloway Hill and Hardwick Lane to continue with the construction of the new Holloway Hill / Green Lane Roundabout.
See maps and diversion routes for the Holloway Hill / Hardwick Lane closure here.
The roads will be closed 24 hours a day for approximately six months, starting from Tuesday 14 April. There will be no through route or access for any vehicles, except for access to the White Lodge Centre.
A full closure of the road is required as they will be demolishing the existing road, and replacing it with a new road alignment, along with new drainage culverts below the road’s surface.
If you are travelling to St Peter’s Hospital for an appointment or to visit, please be aware of the diversions that will be in place and that there is likely to be considerable congestion in the local area.
We recommend that you give yourself plenty of time to get to site and where possible use public transport, which will help to avoid onsite congestion
