Tubing can be collected from:
- Ashford Hospital - Audiology Department 8:10-9:00 am or 5:00-5:50 pm on week days.
- Royal Surrey County Hospital - Audiology Department
Hear Here
The Hear Here project supports those with hearing loss across Surrey and NE Hampshire. Volunteers provide hearing aid maintenance and batteries.
Replacement Batteries
You may collect hearing aid batteries from any of these centres. Please take your "Battery book or card" with you. If you have lost it please contact your Audiology Department for a replacement. A friend or relative can collect batteries on your behalf if they take your Battery book or card with them.
All centres are open during office hours (unless indicated) & may be closed for lunch.
You may also request your batteries & tubing by post from the Audiology Department at Ashford Hospital. Please post your battery book to them with a stamped addressed envelope with 'large letter' postage.
You may return your used batteries to the battery centres for recycling or place them in a battery recycling container available in a number of shops. Click on the postcode for a map to the centre.
