If you are having problems with your hearing aid you may find information helping you to resolve it in the information booklet you were given at your appointment. If you have a Danalogic or Oticon hearing aid you can find a link to the booklets here:

The Danalogic patient portal also has a wide range of information about your hearing aids.

Alternatively you can:

  • Look for a solution here: https://c2hearonline.com/patient1.html (click on mould or thin tube as appropriate)

  • Drop your hearing aid to the Audiology Reception at Ashford between 8:10 and 9:00 am or 5:00 and 5:50 pm Monday to Friday or Main Reception at St Peter’s Hospital (8 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday). We aim to repair this within 2 working days at Ashford and 3 working days at St Peter’s.

You may also post it/them to Ashford Hospital Audiology Department, however we strongly recommend that you drop them off where at all possible as substantial delays and losses in the post have occurred. This is beyond our control and there is a charge for lost aids. If you do chose to post them please ensure you put sufficient postage on items being sent to us (usually classed as a 'small parcel') a regular stamp is not sufficient and due to postal processes can take several months for it to reach us. You may wish to consider recorded delivery services.

Post leaving the hospital is sent 2nd class.
